Delivery Options Overview

At Milkoraa, we’ve designed our delivery process to ensure that your favorite ghee, cookies, butter, and chocolates reach you fresh, quickly, and securely—no matter where you are in India or abroad.

We currently offer shipping through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Bluedart, with the following flow for all orders:

1. Order the Product

2. You Will Receive an Order Confirmation Message

3. Wait for Your Order to Arrive

4. Feel the Milkoraa Magic

Exchange or Return of Goods

We at Milkoraa value your satisfaction. However, as we deal in edible and perishable products, our exchange and return policies are limited to ensure hygiene and food safety.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

You may request a return or refund only if the product is delivered damaged, tampered, or incorrect. Kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, and attach:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order ID

What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery

Replacements and Exchanges 

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges or replacements. We suggest placing a new order for any additional needs.

Mode of Refund 

All approved refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used at the time of order. If paid by cash/cheque, our team will reach out for alternate refund instructions.

FAQs

My order hasn’t arrived yet. Where is it?

You can track your order using the link sent to your SMS/email. If it appears delayed, feel free to contact our support team with your order ID.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery services do not operate on national public holidays. Orders placed around holidays may be delayed by a day or two.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most pincodes in India via our logistics partners. You can confirm availability at checkout by entering your postal code.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Currently, we do not offer guaranteed next-day delivery. Our dispatch time is 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 days depending on your location.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Signature may be required for prepaid or high-value orders. If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you.
