Step 1: Prepare the Marination

Whisk curd until smooth.

Add all dry spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, roasted besan, and heated mustard oil.

Mix into a thick, smooth paste. (Tip: Heating mustard oil removes raw flavour and boosts aroma—never replace it.)

Step 2: Marinate Paneer & Veggies

Add paneer, capsicum, and onion shells to the marinade.

Coat evenly and rest for at least 30 minutes (or store covered for 2–3 days in the fridge).

For Smoky Flavour: Heat a small piece of wood coal until red hot. Place it in a small steel bowl set inside the marination bowl, add ½ tsp ghee, and cover immediately. Let sit for 10 minutes before cooking.

Step 3: Roast the Tikka

Airfryer: Roast for 3–4 min, turning halfway.

Oven: Bake at 200°C for 3–4 min.

Pan/Tawa: Roast on medium heat with a little ghee

Step 4: Assemble the Sandwich

Add roasted paneer tikka filling.

Add Tandoori Sauce, White Liquid Cheese and Green Chutnery on both side of Bread

Apply ghee the outer sides of bread slices.

Roast sandwich on a tawa/grill until crisp and golden.
