At Milkoraa, we aim to provide our customers with premium quality products and a smooth purchase experience. While most of our orders are fulfilled successfully and to satisfaction, we understand that there may be occasional issues.
1. Order Cancellations Customers can cancel their order only before it has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately via phone or email. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. No Cancellations After Dispatch We process and dispatch most orders within 24–48 hours. Once an item is shipped, we cannot cancel the order, intercept delivery, or issue refunds for order changes.
3. Refunds for Damaged Products We take great care in packaging, but in the rare case that your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. To claim a refund:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share images of the damaged product and packaging
- Provide your order number and contact details
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Orders cancelled after dispatch
- Damage due to improper storage by customer
- Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Unopened and intact product without proof of damage
5. Replacements and Exchanges At this time, we do not offer product exchanges or replacements. We suggest placing a new order for any additional needs.
6. Mode of Refund All approved refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used at the time of order. If paid by cash/cheque, our team will reach out for alternate refund instructions.
